This year my Entrepreneur 30 class will be focusing on serving breakfast in the mornings to the students of Campbell Collegiate. Our menu will mostly consist of healthy foods and nutritous drinks that taste great.
Studies have shown that students who eat breakfast are more alert at school and are able to learn alot easier as they are not hungry. Eating breakfast is also a great way to stay in shape and keeping healthy. By eating breakfast regularly it helps you to not over eat at lunch time and gain weight. Eating breakfast in the morning helps get your metabolism started for the day. It not only helps you physically but also mentally. It only makes sense to eat breakfast.
